1 Corinthians 6:9-10 - Do you not know that the unrighteous and the wrongdoers will not inherit or have any share in the kingdom of God? Overview of the translation

.......A popular translation used to understand the hidden meaning of Greek and Hebrew words, the New Testament was published in 1958, the Old Testament in two parts in 1962 and 1964, and the entire Bible in 1965 (updated in 1987). This translation is a revision of the American Standard Version of 1901, and used the Biblia Hebraica of 1937 for the Old Testament, and the Greek texts of Westcott and Hort and the Nestle Greek New Testament for the New Testament, with consultation of the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Septuagint, and other Greek texts for its translation.
.......A combined work of The Zondervan Corporation and The Lockman Foundation, this translation “Amplifies” words in the text to include different possible meanings of the original, including context. It was the first Bible translation project of the Lockman Foundation and is very useful for Bible study.
